This project was a collaboration with our long-standing client Aristeo. Slifco Electric was trusted to incorporate two buildings into one multi-level office. Multi-level communication was essential, as it was necessary to coordinate with a multitude of contractors across an array of trades, including excavation and mechanical.

Installation included thousands of feet of conduit and wire, as well as upgrades to the fire alarm system. Not only did the project need to meet all technical requirements, but it had to stand out cosmetically. In line with client expectations, the design incorporated an open concept ceiling and work area, promoting industrial functionality. As a new corporate headquarters, hundreds of new light fixtures highlight the new and renovated areas representing a testament to powering the future.

Despite the complexity of multiple on-site teams, the renovation proceeded smoothly. The hours spent by dedicated employees and project staff provided the means to produce a beautiful building.
