Slifco Electric provided Design/Build electrical services, including power, lighting, cable, and emergency power for a residential loft condo project in Ann Arbor. Energy efficiency and cost savings was the primary focus for this project, cutting costs by at least 25%. Choices in materials for both light bulbs, motion sensors, and construction techniques made a huge difference in the end result.

End result highlights for the 32,000 square foot building include complete renovations for 21 separate resident units. As well, a 75 KW standby generator was included in order to prevent any service disruption. Ease of use was provided for the building managers and DTE by providing separate metered units, and 600-amp 3 phase to each unit.

Technical renovation are always critical, and Slifco Electric is proud that this renovation is also a functional and efficient renovation. This was a successful project on all accounts, with a happily satisfied client.
